201709 updated. Mount Kao Sandwish Shop, one of my favoriate Sandwich shop in Taipei. Time will soon tell, I promise. Opened over two years. This glass-walled shop lies in the lane by MRT Technology Building station, only less 10 mins by walk. Mount Kao serves burgers, sandwiches, beer and drinks.

It’s all about sandwich, finger food, soft drink, alcoholic drinks and fresh juice. Besides, Mount Kao provides free wi-fi, a couple of plugs, without limit time, cash only and warm. Do not hesitate to make a reservation, or wait in a line.
I would like to recommend two dishes as below,
1.Tarragon chicken salad ciabatta What is tarragon? Tarragon is a small, shrubby herb. It tastes like licorice, also like sweet basil. Not that strong.
2.Cheese spicy chicken sandwich A little bit spicy. A big portion. It tasted good! My favoriate, always. If you are in beef, please give their homemade burger a try, my friend who eats beef love their juicy burger.
By the way, the main dish also comes with a side, fried, wedges or sweet potatoes. Sincerely recommend the cold sweet potatoes (came from Taiwan). Even their fries are warm and crispy. As a Taiwanese, I love sweet potatoes most. The cheddar cheese, tomatoes and fried chicken are rich, creamy and divine.
3.Honey Lemon juice Just like home-made style, it tasted smoothly!
4. Fried chicken The staff is kind and show great initiative in introducing the menu and special dishes. Well worth it’s value!
5. Brownie: Classic chewy brownie. Hello ants, here you go. Once you give Mount Kao a try, you will fall in love with it. My friend who came from America, deeply love their burger, just like she said, home of the Whopper!!!
