「小李子麵店 Noodle Li」

就在台東市區福建路上

新開幕，生意相當不錯

推薦紅茶、麻辣乾麵與金針湯

來台東就是要吃金針啊！

I have to say that you won’t find nothing to eat in Taiwan. Therefore, you can enjoy any kinds of food in Taiwan. Now we are in Taitung city. There are few food stands opened earlier because of the hot summer. Luckily, a new opening noodle stand on Fujian rd. Let’s find it out.

前往蘭嶼富岡漁港之前先在台東市區打打牙祭

雖然說搭綠島之星搖到蘭嶼之前

理論上不要吃東西，為上策

但，肚子餓是不爭的事實

不過上午11點左右要找到一家營業中的小吃店

對沒機車的我來說有點吃力

於是發現了福建路上一家新開的

「小李子麵店 Noodle Li」

各式麵飯、水餃、小菜、滷味、湯、飲料

覺得有趣的是一定有米苔目、鮮奶茶

價格看起來不算太便宜

但看到份量後就覺得頗為划算

Noodles, dumpling, deep fried pork chop, black tea, soup, marinated food, etc.

炎炎夏日的六月天

瞧瞧，11點左右的台東市區街道上

門可羅雀，感覺柏油路隨時都會融化

The ancient flavour black tea, one of my favoriate drinks! The fragrant flavour of wheat is so good! It always reminds my childhood.

還蠻多在地人來這邊吃

人手一杯很吸引人

果然，加了麥子味的紅茶帶點甜，王道

[肉燥飯 Rouzao rice NT30]

Rice with minced pork sauce. A little bit salty, but ok. The cooking skill for rice should be better, we are in Taitung, right! With wonderful rice, where is a bowl of tasty rice?

肉燥飯不太需要等，感覺人手不太足

也可能是剛開幕容易手忙腳亂

麵點、燙青菜類需要等待比較久的時間

連肉燥飯我大概也等了10幾分鐘左右

肉燥絞得很細碎，感覺還不賴

鹹味明顯，配上米飯還不賴

小李子麵店的米粒不是我愛的那種稍黏一些

米粒不屬於飽滿型，吃起來比較細碎這樣

[麻辣拌麵 Spicy hot noodles 乾 NT50]

The chilli oil is the key! I have to say that the homemade noodle is so good. I love the tender but chewy feeling! With salty minced pork sauce, so good.

碗公大，麵條還不少

辣油一層配上少許小白菜點綴

搭上小李子麵店的肉燥

麵條感覺是手工來著

用看的就覺得好吃！

所謂未吃就先期待，就是這個意思

快速攪拌一番，大口吸著麵條

軟中帶點Q，麵條好吃

不要小看小李子麵店的辣油，驚人…

肉燥在這碗乾麵的鹹味點綴就相當重要

[燙青菜 boiled veg NT40]

Without garlic sauce, yummy. Sometimes I am not the fan of garlic especially in sauce. lol

川燙青菜，沒蒜頭我最愛

地瓜葉很嫩，40元的份量不少

[金針湯 Lily flower soup NT40]

Lily flower is mainly grown at Beinan,Donghe and Taimali, Taitung. That’s why I orders soup of lily flower! The stock is light, I guessed it is boiled with vegetables or chicken bones, fresh! I love this 😀

來到台東不管金針花還是洛神花

我都要一網打盡

點了一碗金針湯，雀躍期待

滿滿的金針花與一些蔥花

很喜歡它清爽的湯底，搭配金針特有的香氣

我很喜歡這碗湯，療癒啊
